Brossom Consulting was founded in Jamaica in 2015 and our lean high-performance team has been making big impact in companies who have recognized the need to improve the way they do things.

Through our results driven techniques, we support our clients with the necessary insights to make decisions on what, when and how to improve their business. WHERE DID BROSSOM COME FROM

The company name ‘BROSSOM’ was derived from a concatenation of two words, “Brown” and “Blossom”, which is the essence of what the company represents. Brown, the name of the founder, represents the heart and passion that she puts into delivering value; and Blossom, the most beautiful part of a plant's journey that signifies its transformation into beauty and strength.
